FGM MISSION STATEMENT

Our purpose is to restore, rebuild, reclaim and repent for God’s kingdom building, by sharing the love of Christ and by ministering through the five fold ministry as led by the Holy Spirit.

(Ephesians 4:11-12)

“C” --- Continue

God didn’t call us to simply be a good starter. God called us to be a strong finisher. Never, never, never quit in our pursuit of God. Never quit learning. Never quit growing. Never quit developing ourselves.

“H” --- Hustle

If it’s worth doing, it’s worth doing right. It’s worth giving 110 percent. Whatever we do, do it with all of our hearts.

“A” --- Adapt

We need to learn to be flexible. Life is going to throw curve balls at us. There’s going to be all kinds of unexpected developments. Learn to adapt. Remember this: Blessed are the flexible, because they will not get bent out of shape.

“R” --- Resilient

We are going to take some hits and experience some disappointments along the way. If we don’t already know it, understand that ministry is a contact sport. If we learn how to bounce, we will never truly crash.

“G” --- Grace

Remember our Source. We are what we are by the grace of God. When great things happen—and they will—remember to give God all the glory, because He’s our Source. And always remember to hold in highest respect and admiration those through whom the grace of God came to us. We are light years ahead of where we would have been if we had not come to this place.

“E” --- Exalt

Always give God glory for everything that is accomplished and determine that He will receive much glory from our lives.
